Im ready for my close up

Aubrey picked up my shades this morning so I had to put them on her. She loved them she laughed and laughed.

what's so funny

Aubrey has such a cute laugh and giggle but every time I pick the camera up to video her she stops and looks at the camera. Tonight I was able to get a quick video of her laughing at her very funny toy.

Walk Skip Walk Skip

Every time we see Rachael she ask if Aubrey can walk yet. Of course the answer is no not yet. So today Rachel decided it was time she taught her how. She tried and tried to get her to but Aubrey just couldn't figure it out. Then she tried to teach her to skip and would you believe she couldn't do that either. Aubrey had fun playing with Rachael and her Aunt Jessica even though she didn't walk or skip.

Santa Baby

I started decorating our Christmas tree last night. I found some little baby Christmas stuff that we had got last year while I was pregnant. She loved her little Santa hat and I also let her sleep in her penguin pj's that Ben got for her.

Ah what's up Doc?

Aubrey got to start eating carrots this week and boy does she love them. I figured she would do like most babies and spit them out and make horrible faces. None of the above she even licked the bib when I dropped some on it. She is like bugs bunny she loves her carrots.

Its Begining to look a little like Chritsmas

I normally put my Christmas decorations up the week of Thanksgiving, but Aubrey asked me if we could go ahead and put her tree up. Of course I said yes. She worked so hard on her tree that she just conked out afterward.

FEED ME!

I was feeding Aubrey tonight and talking to Rena on the phone at the same time. Apparently I wasn't feeding Aubrey fast enough because she turned side ways in her seat and started reaching for the bowl. I had to hang up with Rena so I could feed her faster and video. She would grunt at me if I took to long. You would think she was starving.

Ben's Favorite Game

About a year ago Tom taught Ben how to play one of his favorite games...hang upside down. Now Tom has taught Aubrey how to play it. She seems to like also, hopefully she want want to be held upside down as often as Ben does though.

Food For Thought

Aubrey is now getting to eat rice/cereal. Here are some pictures from her first tasting. I don't think any of it stayed in her mouth but it was very funny watching her trying to figure it out. She has had it a few more times since these pictures and has managed to keep some of it down. Next week she gets to eat some carrots. That should be interesting.

Last Stop In Texas

On our way home from the wedding we stopped by Linda's Texas home for a visit. Hadlie Jo and Suzie were there also. Hadlie Jo was glad to see Aubrey, she told her the story about the three little pigs and the big bad wolf. She kept the slobber wiped off of her chin and made sure the baby fox(imaginary) didn't get her. Linda was doing wonderful, she even felt good enough to get on to me for putting the same outfit on Aubrey so many times.

Texas Wedding

We went to Texas on Saturday for Little Joe and Cara's wedding. We had a wonderful time. The wedding was beautiful. Here are a few pictures.

Healthy Baby Girl

Aubrey went for her 4month check up today. She weighs 13lbs 2oz and is 23 1/2 inches long and is the proud owner of 3 new shots. As you can tell from the picture the shots have not fazed her any. She can also start having cereal-rice and vegetables and fruit with a little juice. Lots of extra stuff to take in. We are going to hold off on all of that until we get back from our weekend trip to TX.

More Cousins

Aubrey had another play date with some of her cousins this evening. Madelynn came in from Texas to visit. Of course we had to get the girls together. Madelynn turned 5 months on the 6th, Aubrey turned 4 months on the 6th and Olivia turned 6 weeks on the 6th. Aren't they cute.

Playing Outside

Today was a beautiful day. We took Aubrey outside to "play" for a little while. It was windy so we kept her ears covered.By the way she is wearing an outifit we got in our baby shower that I had planned on her wearing to Lauren's baby shower(in August). It is still big on her.

All Together

Today was the first time for all of the new baby girls to get together. We were all at mawmaw and pawpaw's today for lunch. It was a wonderful day having all of them there. We hated that Ben and Emalee couldn't be there.

I am finally well, so today Aubrey and I got to go meet Rylee Clair,moma came too. We had a wonder visit with Rylee and Danielle. Aunt Djuana also came over to visit while we were there. She made Aubrey cry as usual, but after a good cry she decided to like her again. Rylee is just so cute and has sooo much hair. Notice how she is actually wearing a hair bow that isn't attached to a head band.

Suzie Homemaker

Today I decided to be Ms. Suzie Homemaker and make some homemade bread. I wasn't sure how it would turn out since I have never even watched someone make bread much less do it on my own. But the results are in the, the bread is wonderful. We have already ate 1 loaf. To bad the computer isn't scratch and taste, it is yummmyy.

Tom's new toy

Tom has been wanting a new TV so bad. Well we finally agreed on a size or I guess you could say I gave in on the 47' when he started looking at the 52' TVs. He is so proud of his TV. I think Josh was just as excited about it also. They had a good time hanging it on the wall this evening.

Hello Charli Beth!

Charli Beth was born on October 30th I day short of being a pumpkin baby. She weighed 9lbs 15oz and 20in long. This is a picture that Trey sent me. We can't wait to go see her. I just want to pinch those cheeks.

For those of you keeping count that is baby number 7 to be born this year in our little family and friends group. Lucas in February,Madelynn in June,Aubrey in July,Riley in August,Olivia in September, Rylee Clair and Charlie Beth in October. Whew what a year.
