Look what I can do

Today while at Chili's Aubrey learned a new trick....drinking from a straw. She does not like to drink out of her sippy cup and I have been joking that I was just going to have to put her milk(when she gets rid of her bottle)in a foam cup and give her a straw. Now why is that she can drink from a straw but not a sippy cup. HMMMM

Time to brush your teeth

Aubrey got a new toothbrush last week(finally found a girly one). She thinks brushing her teeth is funny, I am sure it tickles her gums.

AGGGHHHH

I am so mad, I dropped a can of formula on the floor and the lid came off. A good $10.00 worth of it is now on my pantry floor. Just thought I would share that with everyone.

"Tiny" Pool Party

While Aubrey was taking her morning nap I got out the little swimming pool that I had bought last year. I didn't remember it being so small, but as I was blowing it up I got so tickled because it is TINY. I filled it up with water then me and Tom packed it around to the front porch. After dinner I took Aubrey out to play in it. She had a big time, she thought the fish on the bottom of it where so funny. After sitting in it for awhile she started climbing out of it them back into it. That went on for a long time. We had a fun time playing on the porch.

Ladies who lunch

I have tried putting Aubrey in her "big girl" highchair several times, but so far she either slides out the bottom or stands up and tries to crawl out. This week she has been eating lots more big girl food so it was only proper she eats it in her big girl chair. She is doing much better in it and hasn't slid down or stood up in it yet and has enjoyed eating all kinds of food while sitting in it. These are pictures from her lunch yesterday.

Last week

Last week was a busy week for the Greer family. We had all kinds of stuff going on, one of those things being SUV shopping. One day we went and ate Mexican food and Aubrey loved it. She ate a big pile of guacamole, sour cream and beans. Then thanks to the teething she threw it up. Not a pretty site. But her favorite part of the day was riding on the golf cart with her BaBa(Keith).

Aubrey Update

Aubrey is growing so fast and doing all kinds of things. This week she got another tooth in. She did just like she did with the other two, didn't eat for two days and what she did eat she would throw up. Then went down for her nap and woke up with another tooth. Also as I sit here typing she is on the floor pointing at my eye (in a picture)saying eye, eye, eye. Other things she is now saying is pig(piggy bank), cow(stuffed animal) also said hey duuu(dude) to one of our customers at work. We have also been car,well suv, shopping for several months now. This week we got really devoted to it and I think it has effected Aubrey because she keeps saying Caaaa(Car)when she sees her little toy cars.

Rachael spent Sunday night with us and Aubrey was so excited about it. Went outside Monday morning(still in there Pj's) to play. Tom and Rachael pushed Aubrey all over the yard in the basket part of her old stroller, Aubrey loved it.

Paw said lazy people are the one's who invent things

Josh took Olivia's swing down to Maw Maw and Paw Paw's so that they could swing Olivia on the days they keep her. Paw Paw said they have lost there mind I'm not standing there pushing her all day. So he got smart or lazy and tied a string to the swing so he can sit in the chair and just pull her. Here are some pictures of him swinging Aubrey with his great invention.

Our little Graduate

We went and watched Rachael graduate from Kindergarten last week. Her class sang some very impressive songs and they all looked so cute in there cap and gowns. After the graduation we went to Jessica's parents for a little celebration.

Some games never get old

Aubrey has rediscovered her love for peek-a-boo, or as we call it "where's the baby". She does it all the time and thinks of all kinds of things to hide behind. I use to think it was so funny when Ben would think he was hiding behind his sock, now Aubrey does the same thing.

Tom decided to go parasailing on our last day there. I got brave and rode the jet ski from the shore to the boat so I could watch him but that is a brave as I got. Tom was very brave though. He went up very high. He loved it.

Some Beach Pics

These are a few beach pics. We would get up early in the morning and go down to the beach, it was so pretty. I loved sitting under the little straw umbrellas. I took picture of them before everyone got out there because we wasn't aware that the beach was a top optional beach. Saw several boobies.(thought I would share that with everyone)

Start of Vacations Pictures

So here is the first set of Mexico pictures. It may take me a few days to get them all up so be patient. We had a wonderful time but was so ready to come home. It was way to long to be away from Aubrey. I didn't get pictures of all of the pools but here are some pictures of our favorite ones. We went on the lazy river but liked these pools the best so just stayed near them. We didn't even get in the activities pool or the wave pool.

My 1st Mothers Day

Today was a special day for me, it was my first Mothers Day. We all went to church with Maw Maw Wilma and then went to her house for our usual Sunday dinner. I am so glad to be back home with my precious little girl. You can tell by her silly grin that she is glad to have her momma back too.
